Dudu Barros Biography
Dudu Barros was born in 1991 in Brazil. He first started practicing Jiu Jitsu when he was 11, as his father wanted him to learn how to defend himself. His first coaches were Masters Alberto Santos and Marcelo Saporito, from Carlson Gracie’s academy. He stayed with the pair through the yellow, Orange and green belts (gaven to under 16 year olds) all the way through to Blue Belt.
When Eduardo was in his teens, he came across the opportunity to train with the legendary coach Andre Pederneiras, and he took the opportunity with both hands. He started training under the Nova Uniao banner and has been with the Team ever since. He was awarded his Purple, Brown and Black Belts all under Dede Pederneiras.
