Charles Krazy Horse Bennett Arrested

Charles Krazy Horse Bennett has been arrested (again we should ad) by Bernalilo County Police on January the 20th. It seems that the fighter (famous for his volatile behaviour) has assaulted a training partner with a metal object during a class.

Mr Bennett who has had problems with the law for the best time of his life has been arrested on several occasions for several different offences, such as drug distribution, kidnapping and assault upon a pregnant female.

This time the infraction occurred at FIT NHB gym, were he had been training as of late. A FIT gym representative related Sherdog.com the occurrence:

“During routine sparring, tempers flared between Charles and the other fighter, and Charles ended up getting dropped by the larger training partner,” wrote Vaughn. “They were quickly broken up and Charles left the mat, got dressed and left the building. He returned about 15 minutes later, walked down to the training area and pulled out a heavy piece of steel he must have found in the parking lot and began attacking the other fighter (from behind) with intent to do serious damage. He was tackled by two other fighters and disarmed.

Vaughn said the assaulted fighter is “OK,” and that Bennett, who’d trained with FIT NHB off and on for six months, would no longer be a part of the gym’s fight team.

Another famous incident with Carles Bennett occurred in the backstage of Pride FC. Cristiano Marcelo, Chute Boxe BJJ coach had been asked to be the corner man for Ken Kaneko’s exhibition fight. when the fight finished and Marcelo was returning to the locker rooms, he saw that Krazy Horse was talking trash to Wanderlei Silva. Wanderlei not understanding what he was saying (didn’t understand English) asked Marcelo to translate, the war of words started between Wanderlei and Bennett, but soon Bennett jumpped on Marcelo catching him by surprise… the rest you can see on the tape
